DBRAU Faculty Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria
The required qualifications, pay scale, and service conditions will be as per UGC Regulations 2018, AICTE 2019 (where applicable), and U.P. Government rules.
Assistant Professor
- The candidate must meet the minimum qualifications as per the UGC Regulations 2018.
- Selection will be done in two phases:
- Phase I: Basic Academic Score + API Score (100 marks) and Written Test (40 marks).
- Phase II consists of an interview (10 marks) and an assessment of teaching skills (20 marks).
The written test syllabus will be based on:
- NET syllabus for Science, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
- GATE syllabus for Engineering/Technology.
- Relevant syllabus for pharmacy.
Associate Professor and Professor
- Selection will be based on the basic academic score + API/research score.
- Candidates must have a minimum required research score (75 for Associate Professor and 120 for Professor).
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Final selection will be based on interview performance.
