You can register for the PMAY scheme easily, either online or offline.
Online Application (Zero Fee!):
- Visit the official PMAY website.
- Select your respective option from the “Citizen Assessment” tab.
Good News: If you apply online, there is no application fee!
Offline Application:
- Visit a Common Service Centre (CSC) or any bank listed under the PMAY scheme.
- Note: Applying offline at a CSC centre requires an application fee of Rs. 225 plus service tax.

Important Must-Haves Before Applying:
- Aadhaar Card: You must have a valid Aadhaar card.
- No Pucca House: The applicant or any other family member should not already own a pucca (permanent) house in any part of the country.
