Registered Construction Worker:
- To apply for this scheme, the worker must be registered under the Andhra Pradesh Government’s Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

- The worker must be disabled and must have a valid medical certificate.
Disability Certificate:
- A disability certificate issued by a medical authority must be submitted.
